QIY LTD offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

After the 7-day period, QIY LTD does not generally offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur, and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you upgrade or downgrade your package with QIY LTD, the changes will take effect from the next billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in the current billing cycle.

If you decide to discontinue the service with QIY LTD, your links will remain active for a certain period. However, we do not offer refunds for the remaining active period.
